1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing deepdevsolutions.com or engaging Deep Dev Solutions for development, automation, and consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary source code, software architectures, database schemas, UI designs, and digital assets developed or utilized during the course of a project remain the exclusive intellectual property of Deep Dev Solutions until all agreed project milestones have been signed off, delivered, and paid in full.

Upon final contract delivery and payment settlement, ownership and usage rights of the customized deliverables transfer fully to the client, subject to standard licensing agreements for any third-party frameworks.

3. Payments & Deliverables

All client projects are executed under defined milestones. Billing is conducted through structured invoices:

• A non-refundable deposit (milestone 1) is required before work commences.
• Milestone payments are due within seven (7) calendar days of invoice receipt.
• Late payments may result in suspension of work and delay in delivery timelines.

4. Limitation of Liability & Downtime

While we strive to build resilient, high-performance systems, Deep Dev Solutions is not liable for operational downtime, data corruption, database schema integrity drops, or financial loss arising from:

• Third-party server outages (such as Vercel, AWS, or Sanity.io).
• API deprecations or breaking changes by external vendors.
• Unauthorized code alterations made to the live codebase by client-side operators post-delivery.

5. Acceptable Usage

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could interrupt, damage, disable, or impair the accessibility of our site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our secure servers or database systems.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal actions or disputes arising from our services or agreements shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
